Five-plus years across seed-stage startups and enterprise banking. At TD I worked on account onboarding and built a quality framework now used across multiple squads. In startups I've been the first designer, the researcher, and occasionally the person shipping the CSS.
I care about typography, spacing, and composition to a degree that is probably unreasonable. That eye for detail is also what makes me useful when a product needs a system rather than a redesign.
